St. Thomas Retreat

A private coastal escape to reconnect, reset, and simply be.

There are moments when we feel called to step away from the noise of everyday life… to slow down, gain clarity, and reconnect with ourselves in a deeper way.
This retreat is one of those moments.

From March 1st through March 6th, we’ll gather in a beautiful private oceanfront home in St. Thomas for connection, reflection, and meaningful time for yourself, as well as with like-minded others.

This experience is designed to feel spacious, not rushed. Intentional, not overwhelming, and most of all easy and supportive. I take care of the planning, and you come to relax, enjoy, and fill your heart.

Have you ever dreamed of traveling somewhere that feels one of a kind… a place that sits on a cliffside, feels peaceful, and maybe not something you would plan on your own?


Maybe you enjoy travel but also like the idea of being part of a group, connecting with others, while still having the freedom to do what you feel called to do.

Retreats, for me, are something I truly love. I enjoy planning thoughtful experiences in beautiful locations that create lasting memories and bring you back to yourself. This isn’t about filling every moment, but instead creating space to relax and retreat.

This home is a special one, and I’m really excited to share it with you. Each bedroom has expansive ocean views, and most have a private ensuite bath. Two of the rooms share a Jack & Jill bath, which is a more affordable option and works well for friends or couples traveling together.

We’ll enjoy two curated dinners together and two shared experiences during our time here, while still leaving space for you to enjoy the island in your own way.

A look at our time together

We’ll begin on Monday as you arrive, settle into the home, and take in the space, followed by a welcome dinner that evening.

 

The days that follow are meant to feel open and supportive, not structured or rushed. Mornings will begin slowly with breakfast, and on a few of the days I’ll offer a gentle meditation or journaling practice if you feel called to join.

There will be time to connect as a group, along with space for yourself to relax, explore the island, or simply enjoy being in the home. Two of our days will include shared experiences, along with a couple of dinners together.

As we move through our time, you’ll find a natural rhythm of connection, rest, and presence.

Monday – Arrival, settling in, and welcome dinner with private chef
Tuesday & Wednesday – Slow mornings, optional meditation or journaling, connection time, and space to relax or explore (with shared experiences and dinners)
Thursday – Open day to enjoy the island or rest
Friday – Closing circle and final evening together
Saturday – Breakfast and departures
