Enlightened Healing was founded in 2024 by Amy and Laura two kindred spirits brought together by a shared vision: to create a welcoming, sacred space for healing within the community. Soon after, we were honored to welcome our dear friend Brittnay, whose energy aligned perfectly with ours, completing a trio devoted to nurturing healing from head to soul.
Rooted in a deep passion for supporting the mind, body, and spirit, we envisioned a space where all paths, beliefs, and healing modalities are honored and held in harmony.

At Enlightened Healing, our mission is to provide a sanctuary for those seeking spiritual growth, inner peace, and heartfelt connection. We strive to cultivate an atmosphere filled with sacred energy—a place where you feel safe, seen, supported, and uplifted.
We do not claim the title of "healers." Rather, we offer services that empower *you* to awaken your own innate capacity for healing and transformation. Our name reflects the experience we aim to create: a space infused with light, clarity, and compassionate energy from the moment you arrive.

Amy believes that everyone has the ability to heal themselves. Her intention is to help clients tap into their inner wisdom and access their own innate healing powers. She approaches each session with compassion, respect, and a deep understanding of the mind-body-spirit connection.
