When I began my own journey years ago, I realized that what I truly needed was the support of others traveling a similar path. My hope is to provide, and be a part of, offerings that can assist you in exploring, deepening, and strengthening your spiritual practice in a supportive and nurturing environment. Connect & Reflect

Join us each month for our sacred circle of support, where we explore a new spiritual topic. Together, we share in meditation and connect with spiritual sisters, deepening our understanding and building connections with like-minded individuals. Each of us has a light to share with the world, and the more we let it shine, the brighter it becomes.

September 17th : We will meet on the lawn behind the Bourbonnais Police Department for an outside circle. Please grab a chair or blanket, your journey and meet us for an evening of connecting in nature.
*If weather does not favor outside we will meet at 201 Park Place Suite 11
October's Best of All Friends
Spiritual Offering
Join us October 24th at 5:00pm at a private location, provided upon registration, for an immersive evening of restorative reset, sound experience, meditation, and Reiki hosted by Amy, Tami, and Myself. This outdoor event is designed to rejuvenate and restore. In case of rain, the event will be rescheduled for Friday the 25th.

Salt Cave + Dinner
On October 3rd we will be heading to Royal Salt Cave in Frankfort to enjoy a meditation and the healing properties of natural salts that surround us. After this journey we will head to Cultivate in Frankfort to enjoy a delicious dinner. Please Venmo $35 to @laura-goodale-1 to reserve your spot. (Please note salt cave in memo). Unfortunately, due to the type of event refunds are not able to be given, however if you are not able to make it we encourage you to gift your spot to someone special.

This special retreat is a golden opportunity for those who have participated in this class or are advanced in their spiritual journey. Participation in the retreat is not a requirement for the class, but early access will be given to current students and alumni.
